In the role of project manager, you are responsible for driving projects that include switchgear, substation facilities, testing, and protection and control equipment. You will lead all phases of the project – from feasibility studies and technical investigations, through design, procurement, and construction, to testing, commissioning, and handover.

In this role, you will work closely with our internal and our customers' electrical engineers, testing specialists, and designers within protection and control. Together, you will ensure that the facilities meet the requirements for functionality, quality, and operational reliability.

The role involves close contacts with customers, clients, and contractors where you play a key role in creating good relationships and leading the project towards its goals. Through our framework agreements with, among others, Svenska kraftnät, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the country's most strategically important projects.

We are looking for someone with many years of experience in leading projects within electrical power, preferably with a focus on substations, switchgear, secondary systems, or protection and control facilities. If you have worked with testing assignments, functional testing, commissioning, or upgrades of substation equipment, we see this as very positive. Experience from roles as a power engineer or project manager within station-related technology is also valuable.

You have a technical education in electrical power or equivalent knowledge that you have built up through professional experience. Experience with AB04, ABT06, AMA, or project management training is advantageous.

As a person, you are confident in your project management role, structured, and used to making decisions. You thrive with many points of contact, communicate clearly, and have a solution-oriented and curious approach to work. You master Swedish in speech and writing, and a B driver's license is a requirement.
